A few Words from Desiree

I love the people I work with. We come together as a team, supporting those who are struggling when they need it most. That’s just who I am. An all-or-nothing kind of person. Our clients need to see that hope exists. But they have to fight for it. Knowing that people depend on me means something. Especially considering where I came from. I never imagined I’d be in this position, but now I strive to lead by example.

We all have a job to do, and we’re in it together. I believe in keeping the atmosphere light but professional. There’s no reason we can’t have fun while doing meaningful work.

Outside of work, I love to cook (mostly eat, if I’m being honest, lol). You might not guess it, but I’m definitely an introvert. After living a wild and crazy life, I’ve come to appreciate the quiet, simple things.

One thing I’ve learned is that there’s always something new to learn. My advice? Just be yourself. One day, someone will need you exactly as you are. The moments when I connect with clients and when something I’ve learned can truly help someone else, make it all worth it. I wouldn’t change a thing about my journey.
